Press releases require payment before submission for review. Payment must be completed successfully before your press release enters the review queue. We do not store your complete credit card information; all payment data is securely processed and stored by Stripe.

4.3 Refund Policy

Payments for press release publications are generally non-refundable once the review process has begun. However, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues prevent the publication of your approved press release
• We are unable to fulfill the service due to circumstances within our control
• Payment processing errors occur

Refunds will not be issued solely because a press release is rejected during the review process.

4.4 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect payments already made.
