Here are some highlights from “The Homestretch,” our new audio feature with Jim Cramer and portfolio director Jeff Marks to get Club members ready for the final hour of trading on Wall Street. ‘Countertrend day’ Jim Cramer: “Today is very much a countertrend day.” Jeff Marks: “Countertrend being that a lot of stocks and sectors that worked for so much of ’22 — whether it be health care, whether it be energy — those stocks are really a source of funds [being sold] for stocks that didn’t do so hot last year such as technology and semiconductors that are just absolutely on fire today. … People aren’t being AMD [Advanced Micro Devices] because they’re thinking the business is doing any better.” ‘Fundamentals have not improved’ JC: “It’s rotation into what’s come down enough. And I’ve got to tell you, we’ve been holding on to Nvidia , holding on to Microsoft , on the idea that we get one of these days to lighten up a little — in part because we know that in the end fundamentals do matter. And the fundamentals for these stocks are, let’s just say they are in doubt. … The fundamentals have not improved. (Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust is long AMD, NVDA, MSFT.
