Spirit Airlines delays shareholder vote on merger to July 8 to continue talks with Frontier, JetBlue

It originally scheduled Thursday’s vote for June 10 but had delayed that for the same reasons.Both Frontier and JetBlue have upped their offers as the latest scheduled vote approached.This is breaking news.
