Frankfurt General Standard Listing Requirements

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange General Standard segment is ideal for mid-sized SMEs. The General Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is part of the regulated official market, which means that it is an EU regulated stock exchange and that the financial reporting requirements are governed by the German Securities Trading Act, and subsidiarily, by the Exchange Rules for the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The following are very basic requirements for listing on the General Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Regulated Market (EU Regulated Market), hereinafter “Frankfurt Stock Exchange” and its electronic trading platform, XETRA:

  • Minimum age of company—3 years
  • Minimum 30 shareholders
  • Company must provide evidence of a minimum nominal capital of €750.000 (EUR or its equivalent in another currency at the exchange rate on the date of confirmation) paid-in-capital and the nominal value of the shares must not be less than €1.00 (one euro)
  • 25% of the total share capital that is admitted to trading on the regulated market must be held by the public.
  • Audited financials (National GAAP or IAS/IFRS US-GAAP, et. al.), prepared locally, for the year prior three years, or less if the company is not three years old
  • Must publish annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial reports in accordance with the Securities Trading Act.
  • Approved Prospectus
  • Must declare annually whether or not the company has complied with the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code ("declaration of conformity"). Foreign issuers are not required to make a declaration of conformity
  • And other listing documents, forms and requirements.

Frankfurt Prime Standard Listing Requirements

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange Prime Standard segment is ideal for larger-size companies. The Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is the highest segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and its regulated official market, which means that it is an EU regulated stock exchange and that the financial reporting requirements are governed by the German Securities Trading Act, and subsidiarily, by the Exchange Rules for the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Frankfurt Stock Exchange Prime Standard listing requirements:

The following are the general requirements for listing the Issuer on the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange EU Regulated Market (hereinafter “Frankfurt Stock Exchange”) plus XETRA.


 

  • Minimum age of company—3 years (exemptions possible);
  • Minimum issuing volume—minimum market capitalization of €1.25 million;
  • Minimum 30 shareholders;
  • Free float minimum of 25%;
  • Equity capital minimum of €1.25 million (cash at some time in past or present);
  • Nominal issuing volume minimum of 10,000 shares;
  • EU approved prospectus (underwritten by company + bank/FWB-member);
  • 3 years audited financials—IAS/IFRS (or adequate for Non-EU issuers);
  • And other listing documents, forms, applications and requirements.

Frankfurt Entry Standard Listing Requirements

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange Entry Standard is ideal for smaller and mid-sized SMEs that wish to go public on a respectable stock exchange. Although the Entry Standard is the entry level segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, it is much more transparent and respected than most other entry level markets. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange welcomes international companies.

The following are the general requirements for listing on the Entry Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Regulated Unofficial Market (Exchange Regulated Market), hereinafter “Frankfurt Stock Exchange” and its electronic trading platform, XETRA: 

  • Minimum age of company—2 years
  • Minimum 30 shareholders
  • Company must provide evidence of a minimum nominal capital of €750.000 (EUR or its equivalent in another currency at the exchange rate on the date of confirmation) paid-in-capital and the nominal value of the shares must not be less than €1.00 (one euro)
  • 10% minimum free float shares
  • Audited financials (National GAAP or IAS/IFRS US-GAAP, et. al.), prepared locally, for the year prior three years, or less if the company is not three years old
  • Approved Prospectus
  • And other listing documents, forms and requirements.

  • Go to Administrator » Module magager » Your_Module(by postion: sticky_left/stickey_right/notice/tool_bottom) » Status: Unpublish for that module

For customize module in special position

The solution is used Module Class Suffix. You can customize button, module content follow Module Class Suffix

Ex: Module Class Suffix: bg-white @bullhorn then:
- Class of buttom is 'icon-bullhorn'. If without @... the default is 'icon-pushpin'. You can find the full icons of usage at Font Awesome  
- Class of module is 'bg-white'
